GraalOnline Classic Feedback Requests

If all you want to do is submit an Idea that you may have for the game, the way to do that is to simply send a Feedback Request.

Main Menu -> Feedback

Now all you’ll have to do is simply type the game idea you may have. However, if it’s a problem, issue, or concern that you have, you’ll need to contact Support.

If you have any problems, issues, or concerns related to the game/players within the game, you’ll need to contact the Support team. Simply click the link below and you’ll be directed to a webpage where you can submit your game-related issue to the support team.

If this is an urgent matter (for Example, someone hacking right now) then contacting the support team is not the way to go, instead, you’ll need to search for an Admin that is currently online.

How to Search for an Admin in GraalOnline Classic

Simply copy the Admin name from the list above, then search it by heading to the Menu -> Friends -> More Actions -> Search Player Database option.

Remember to be aware that some players may fake being an admin for one reason or another. All legitimate Admin’s on graal classic will sometimes have (Admin) written next to their name.

If an admin is standing directly next to you, a Golden/Yellowish Icon will display above their head. An example of this is displayed in the image below.
